DESCRIPTION:Join HLAGH for an important and timely Hurricane Preparedness Event featuring Jeff Lindner\, Director of the Hydrologic Operations Division and Meteorologist at the Harris County Flood Control District. \nJeff will provide valuable insights on how to prepare your hotel\, home\, and family for hurricane season. He’ll discuss the key weather-related threats facing Harris County\, how the county is addressing these risks\, and what you can do to stay safe and ready. He will also share updates on a cutting-edge real-time flood forecast system currently in development\, along with actionable guidance on how to prepare for and respond to severe weather events. \nJoining the Harris County Flood Control District in 2004 as the District’s first meteorologist is one of many precedents set by Jeff Lindner.
